All orders are processed daily & local pickup is ready within 1 hour of purchase, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.

During our Black Friday Sale, Wednesday the 22nd of November - Wednesday 29th of November, please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be dispatched due to increased demand.  

Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping Australia wide. Upgrade to express post for $8. 

Standard shipping (2 - 6 day arrival)

Express shipping (1 - 3 days arrival)

International Shipping 

We are currently only shipping to NZ ($12.00). If you would like an order shipped to your country, feel free to reach out to us via email (hello@beginagain.com.au) and we will do our best to accommodate.

• Begin Again is not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly, please ensure all details are confirmed prior to checking out

Return Requests 

In the instance you would like to return your order, please contact hello@beginagain.com.au. Please note, your items must be in the following conditions: 

- All packaging (item container and outside box) to be in brand new condition with no creases, marks, scratches. 

- Containers must be unopened and sealed 

- Items must have been kept as per box guide 

- All return costs are the responsibility of the customer and not Begin Again
